Check your order status at My Orders (using the same email address and password that you used to place your order). You'll receive an email with the tracking number when your controller has been shipped. We aim to have the controller in your hands within 3 to 4 weeks of placing your order.

Can I return my controller if I don't like it? Because Xbox Design Lab controllers are customized specifically for you, they can't be returned. However, if your order is incorrect, contact aka.ms/contactxboxsupport.

Check the thumbsticks to see if they're positioned correctly, and try wiggling them to see if they're loose. If the thumbstick pads feel loose, remove them. Replace the thumbstick pads with new ones, or reinstall with a shim like a sliver of paper or plastic, and check to see if they feel loose.

When you open the Xbox Accessories app, scroll over to your controller and select Configure to get started. Choose New profile, and then make your changes. When you're done, press the B button  for your changes to take effect. If you're changing an existing profile, choose it from the list, and then select Edit.
