If your product was purchased from an OtterBox authorized retailer, and that product is still within the applicable warranty, then your damaged product is eligible for a warranty replacement.

Put simply, OtterBox provides a warranty for its products against manufacturing, material, or craftsmanship defects under regular use as long as the products are purchased from an authorized dealer. The warranty does not cover any smartphones or devices not made by OtterBox. OtterBox doesn't have a lifetime warranty.

How does the OtterBox Protection Program work? This is a device protection reimbursement program available through select retailers that replaces the device screen and screen protector if either break when Amplify Glass or Alpha Glass are installed.
