Your controller may be flashing because there's a problem with your Xbox, for example, and another connected controller. Disconnect any other controllers you have connected, and then try connecting your original controller. Try updating your controller's firmware.

Can I return my controller if I don't like it? Because Xbox Design Lab controllers are customized specifically for you, they can't be returned. However, if your order is incorrect, contact aka.ms/contactxboxsupport.

Go to My Orders and sign in with your Microsoft account (using the same email address and password that you used to place your order). Click on symbol of a person at the top right of the page and select My orders. If you don't see your controller order, it was not completed.

Turn the black piece on the side of the joystick module. Use a flathead screwdriver to turn the black piece on the left side of the joystick module you are having problems with. If the stick is drifting up, turn it counterclockwise. If it is drifting down, turn it clockwise. Give it two or three full turns.
