1) Is this a scam? I don't know why it asks my credit card number and billing address eventhough I verified my identity already by linking my papal account.

So in order to sell now on eBay you need to give them name, address, birthdate, email, phone, social security, banking info and now photo Id with.

If they don't pass authenticity or if the condition is not deemed to match the listing, the item is returned to the seller with an explanation.
